Welcome to the Summer Learning Journey! It is such a pleasure to have you as part of the programme. You have clearly been very busy already. I must apologise for posting my first reply today when you have clearly been involved for the past few weeks. I had originally planned for the programme to start today and didn't expect that anyone would have started already. Clearly, I am a bit behind! I am truly sorry.
Having said that, I have thoroughly enjoyed reading each and every one of your posts. You have thought carefully about where you'd like to go and have packed appropriately. Chile is a fascinating place to go! One of my food friends, Lisa, is currently living in Santiago and she loves it there. She said that it's very, very hot so I think that your choice to bring togs, a towel, a hat and sunscreen is very wise. Great choices :-)
I will look forward to following your travels as you make your way through Chile over the coming weeks. It's exciting to see what you might discover and what you will be able to share with us over the summer break.
