Finding Fractions of a Number

For maths, we have been practicing finding fractions of a number in this game I have just played, the computer gives you simple questions and you have to answer them. The strategy used to solve these is easy if you know your times tables and division. In the example in the screenshot, as you can see I have took the number at the bottom(denominator) and divide the whole number by it. then when you have your answer, you times it by the number at the top(Numerator) and then you come up with your answer.
